A Little Christmas Home Tour

Hi there. I love decorating my home.  If I had all the money in the world, I'd probably pay Joanna Gaines to come decorate my home…that and just adopt all the babies who need a family!

I thought I'd share a little bit of Christmas in my home.  First let me begin by saying that my house is a wreck as we recently painted and I'm taking my time in placing things on the walls. Some things have found a home and others have not.  I have decided to just let it go.  Spending time with my little guy is just more important right now. 

On to some pictures of my favorite spaces…  

I love, love, love getting mail this time of year! I look forward to opening Christmas cards! Every year I save the cards and this year I finally got around to putting them on a ring.  I simply tied some ribbon on the ring to jazz it up!

This is an old window screen that my hubs and I got the first year we were married at an old antique mall.  It has moved homes with us and has held many banners for baby showers and wedding showers in our home. This year I quickly ran to Target after seeing Abby's garland on her mantel to get some for our home! Love it! 

 These gold reindeer…I got them as a gift from someone about 8 years ago.  Gold was not very snazzy at that time in home decor, but I saved them and I'm so glad I did!

 Our sweet little tree was my husband's when he was a bachelor.  I think this is the year I will run out on December 26th and try to find a taller tree on sale.

This ornament is one of my favorites. :)

The nativity.  It's just my favorite.  My dad and brother made my stable and grandmother-in-law gave me all of the pieces one year for Christmas.  Isn't this what Christmas is all about? That tiny baby who came just changed the world.
