Favorite Fall Books and a Little Fall Bundle!

By this time of the year, our feet are pretty wet when it comes to read aloud time.  The kids are starting to sit well for longer and I am ready to teach more skills than just "sit and listen while I read". HA!

I wanted to share some books that are my favorite for read aloud time as I model how to think as a good reader thinks.

I love using these to help retell, sequence, or discuss story elements.

Now for the little fall bundle.  I have teamed up with Educents and some of my BEST Blogging Buddies to create this little bundle!! It is packed with things that you can and will use during the fall season as you are deep into your teaching!

The products of mine included aren't fall related, but are topics that I taught in the fall according to our curriculum.

This unit is perfect for teaching students about 3D Figures and their attributes. It has been featured in the TpT Newsletter and is one of my BEST sellers!

This little unit is PERFECT for teaching about comparing numbers to 20.  I used this with my first graders and they loved it! I even was able to use parts of it with my Kindergarten students.  There are several fun games included in this unit, too!

Many other activities are included in the bundle and they will help cover several topics you are sure to teach!

·      long and short vowel sounds
·      counting, identifying, representing, and comparing numbers
·      identify and analyze 2d & 3d shapes
·      become scientists
